I would totally recommend Wow grooming. Fast delivery and great customer care. My order wasn’t complete when I received it as they were waiting for one of their 5 L shampoos to come into stock, so they sent me some 250mls to be getting along with until the new stock arrived. Love having a range of different shampoo companies in stock, but my go-to is WOW (Janet Rabbie) for a few reasons, the main one being salon staff allergies to ingredients found in products (Anaphylaxis - so pretty serious)I just wanted to shout about Janet’s customer service lately. Took my allergy query seriously about the new oatmeal shampoo and got me the answers I needed. But delivered the rest of my order while I waited. They arrived damaged, due to not being ‘handled with care’ and when Janet told me she was in Essex a week later I told her I wasn’t in a rush and didn’t want her to have to pay out for extra postage. Janet hand delivered them to my door!! It was a very easy process and the damaged ones were collected
