Scissor Warranty

Scissors can only be returned unused and in the same condition as sent to you within 7 days of delivery. All scissors are checked carefully on fulfilment of orders and leave the premises in working order. Change of mind is not included for returns. Faulty scissors will need to be returned for examination and if found to be faulty will be replaced or refunded. The cost of the item will only be refunded. Postage is the responsibility of the customer. 

Chunkers

Due to the design of chunkers,  improper use may cause damage.

Applying pressure on the thumb blade can cause the scissors to lock and damage the solid cutting blade. This can occur during initial use.

As a result, we cannot accept returns for chunker models if this happens. Each chunker is shipped in full working order. ( Video evidence is available)
